Referral Rewards Program eligibility is applicable for new direct hire candidates only. There can only be one (1) referral source per candidate maximum and the referral source must sign up on the Technicalpeople.com, Inc. website prior to referring new candidates in order to be eligible. Referred candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and be referred to Technicalpeople.com, Inc. by a party other than the actual candidate.

Technicalpeople.com, Inc. employees cannot refer candidates to the Referral Rewards Program. The candidate must be aware that they were referred to us and by whom.

Contact will be established with potential candidates only when and if there is a potential match.Resumes will remain on file for a period of five (5) years from date of submission. BP ™ Gift Card eligibility is for a period of five (5) years per candidate from submission date.

All dialogue between Technicalpeople.com, Inc. and the candidate shall remain confidential. The referral source will be notified of their eligibility to receive the giftcards by the 30th calendar day after the start date of the referred candidate at the new employer.

BP ™ Gift Cards are issued no later than 90 days after the start date of the referred candidate pending successful completion of the candidate’s introductory period.
